Meet Jamie and Clay, the passionate hearts behind One Paw Away. Our story is a testament to the transformative power of passion and the unwavering bond between humans and their furry companions.

Both Jamie and Clay, armed with academic achievements- Jamie, a graduate in Business from MSU and Clay, with a bachelor's in applied science from FDU- immersed themselves in fulfilling careers within the hospitality industry. AS we devoted our days to providing exceptional service to people, a shared love for animals began to blossom in our lives.

Amid the challenges brought on by the pandemic, pet siting became more than a side gig; it became our solace. In a world filled with uncertainties, our connection with pets provided a source of joy, comfort, and stability. It was during this time that we realized our calling was much more profound than our existing careers.

Fueled by our passion and a deep commitment to the well-being of our four-legged friends, we made a life-altering decision. We chose to leave behind our established careers to pursue our passion fulltime, giving birth to One Paw Away.

Our home, where the journey began, soon gave way to a place designed with love and care for our pets. One Paw Away became more than just a pet care place; it became a haven- a space where our backgrounds in hospitality seamlessly merged with our profound love for animals.
